The entire Famous CBD team does its utmost to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible (within 24 hours in mainland France and 24-48 hours to other destinations, if ordered before 2:30 pm). However, these delivery delays may occur following Black Friday and during our various promotions.

Home delivery in France

Delivery is €3 with no minimum purchase!

Despite everything, our service provider is not infallible and delays can rarely occur.

Please note that deliveries are not made on public holidays, Saturdays or Sundays. In the case of delivery to a relay point, however, delivery is possible on Saturdays to the relay point of your choice.

Home delivery in Germany

Home deliveries within Germany are €3 with our DPD carrier.

PRODUCT RETURNS

You wish to return a product or a complete order?

You have a right of withdrawal with a period of 14 working days (fourteen days) from the delivery of your order.

To exercise this right, the product must be in its original packaging and unopened.

The cost of returning the item will be at your expense, unless we have delivered the item to you by mistake, or if the item is delivered damaged.

On receipt, and after verification, we will proceed with reimbursement directly to the payment method used for the order.

To exercise your right, please indicate in the contact form:

• Your first and last name
• Order number
• The product purchase date
• The product you wish to return
• A comment stating that you wish to return the product and/or the entire order exercising your right of withdrawal .

We will process your request as quickly as possible.

All the products sold on the Famous CBD site comply with the laws and regulations of the European Union. You will find in particular :

The CBD flowers, and all the products offered on our site, have a THC content of less than 0.2% (certified by laboratory analyses in accordance with European legislation).

CBD (cannabidiol) and THC (delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol) are the best known cannabinoids but should not be confused. The former is authorised, while the latter is on the list of narcotic drugs and is strictly regulated by law.

Our site does not highlight the therapeutic benefits of CBD but deals with advice.
