Please note that deliveries are not made on public holidays, Saturdays or Sundays. In the case of delivery to a relay point, however, delivery is possible on Saturdays to the relay point of your choice.

Home deliveries within Germany are €3 with our DPD carrier.

PRODUCT RETURNS

You wish to return a product or a complete order?

You have a right of withdrawal with a period of 14 working days (fourteen days) from the delivery of your order.

To exercise this right, the product must be in its original packaging and unopened.

The cost of returning the item will be at your expense, unless we have delivered the item to you by mistake, or if the item is delivered damaged.

On receipt, and after verification, we will proceed with reimbursement directly to the payment method used for the order.

To exercise your right, please indicate in the contact form:

• Your first and last name
• Order number
• The product purchase date
• The product you wish to return
• A comment stating that you wish to return the product and/or the entire order exercising your right of withdrawal .

We will process your request as quickly as possible.
