You wish to return a product or a complete order?
You have a right of withdrawal with a period of 14 working days (fourteen days) from the delivery of your order.
To exercise this right, the product must be in its original packaging and unopened.
The cost of returning the item will be at your expense, unless we have delivered the item to you by mistake, or if the item is delivered damaged.
On receipt, and after verification, we will proceed with reimbursement directly to the payment method used for the order.
